My SEO hourly rate is 50 USD/hour, with a minimum of 20 hours.
Work on a single page for about an hour. This includes keyword research, competition research, rewriting of the page title and content, fixing minor HTML/XHTML issues.
If you have a very large site, hundreds of pages, please use the contact form to receive a quotation for SEO.
As an example of my skills, try "perl programmer" in Google (without quotes). My personal site has been in the top 5 of that SERP for the past 5 years.
